Aggression Replacement Training (ART®) Groups
A 10-week intervention helping youth improve emotional regulation and social interactions through skill streaming, moral reasoning, and anger control training.
Community PATH (Partnering with Abraxas in The Home) Program
An intensive in-home support and intervention to keep youth in their communities who are involved with either juvenile Probation or Children & Youth. PATH focuses on life skills, family strengthening, community connections and prosocial opportunities, all guided by a dedicated case manager. GPS monitoring included as needed.
Family Structure Restoration Program
Tailored to meet the needs of the family, Family Structure Restoration is a multi-dimensional approach that teaches, models, empowers and educates families in developing a positive, sustainable plan for their future. The program is comprised of three components based on the needs of the family and includes Balanced Parenting, Brokering Community Resources and one on one work with the at-risk adolescent in the home to include truancy prevention when needed. Utilized in varying capacities, Family Structure Restoration is used to: prevent further placement; for a diversion with the county closing the case upon successfully opening the case with Abraxas; or as a reunification program when children are removed from the home. For the
reunification process, Visit Coaching can be used to assist in facilitating visits.
PATH (Preparation for Adolescent Transition to Home) Reentry Program
Supports youth involved with either Juvenile Probation or Children & Youth transitioning from residential placement back to their communities. Beginning in residential placement and continuing through community reintegration, the program serves to reduce recidivism risks and help the family and youth sustain long-term success. GPS monitoring included as needed.
Truancy Intervention Program
Truancy Intervention Program provides in-home, community-based support to youth and families struggling with chronic absenteeism and instability. Case Managers help families address the root causes of school avoidance, build consistent routines, strengthen parenting, and access vital supports like behavioral health and after-school programs. Staff provide real-time crisis
intervention and strive to help families develop lasting habits that promote school success and long- term stability.
